Order Fulfillment
OK, you've started having us fulfill your orders. What's going on?
- We receive your orders: by phone, fax, email, file upload, or directly from you or your clients through the internet (using your "Control Center").
- Your orders are processed (picked and packed), and made ready for shipping.
- Orders through the internet: $2.00 + $.35 for each item
- File uploads of 50+ orders: $2.00 + $.35 for each item
- Orders that we enter: $2.50 + $.35 for each item
- Packaging: Yours or ours (generally $.30 for jiffy bags or small boxes)

- Tracking: You have the option to have anyone (you, a client, a dealer etc.) notified by email about the progress of a specific order.
- Shipping: We use all major shippers (UPS, FEDEX, Airborne, USPS). You can select the mode of shipping when ordering, or have it pre-selected by user, by offer, by date. We can help you with the best way to send your shipments. You can use your own account or ours. We may even qualify for discounts that we can pass along to you.

Turnaround time: generally 24 hours. Orders received by 11:00 Eastern Time will go out the same day (depending on volume in the shop).
