IFS Services--(or, What you can expect from us)
We will build our processes around you
We have no departments. Our teams mobilize around your needs. Michael Hammer advises (in his wonderful book, The Agenda) that we learn to "...run our business for our customers.." by becoming "ETDBW: Easy to do business with." This is our goal. It's why this web site hopes to offer you everything you need to know about doing business with us.
On whatever scale you're now doing business, we'll take you through these steps to make sure your particular needs are addressed by our processes:
- Getting Started. You can either fill out our on line form, or call or email us to get going.
- Transition Plan. We'll get back to you with a transition plan, including what we need from you to get going. This might be an easy let's-get-started plan (you send us your materials, we set up your control center, and you start ordering); or it might be more complex (if you have current stock and commitments elsewhere, or you have special assembly or ordering needs). Whatever it takes, we'll map it out for you.
- Work Process Flow. For each customer, we develop an actual work process flow chart to show you how our processes will meet your needs.
- Procedures. As we gain knowledge of one another, procedures for your work will be codified. This will make sure that what we do for you will become systems-dependent, assuring you of consistent quality over time.
Seamless Integration
The key to our value creation lies in giving you the flexibility, access, and control you need to run your fulfillment processes, without actually having to do the work. We will set up the processes through which you will run this part of your operation as though it was yours, without the headache, overhead, people problems etc.
We do this by building an internet-accessible "Control Center" that allows you to be in touch with your fulfillment process as though it was yours. Your customers will not know the difference.
